HOW TO USE

Step 1: Heater Installation
Securely attach the electric heater to the dedicated mounting slots on the premium plastic seedling base for ultimate stability.

Step 2: Base Positioning
Center the assembled base inside the water vessel. Tip: Place wooden blocks around the base to prevent seed nets from touching the bottom.

Step 3: Seed Net Placement
Arrange the rice seed nets along the edges of the base, leaving the center slightly open. Ensure the air hose remains uncompressed.

Step 4: Water Setup
Submerge the seeds completely in water and add the sterilization solution. Turn on the air pump, ensure proper bubbling, and cover the vessel.

Step 5: Automated Incubation
The system operates at a factory-set 32°C. Allow the seeds to incubate for approximately 48 hours until sprouts reach 1mm, then power off and drain.

Step 6: Final Germination
Transfer the nets to a pallet and cover with a heat shield for 12 hours overnight. Sprouts will extend to the optimal 2mm length, ready for perfect sowing.
